Mellow Corals?


A recent study reveals that certain types of corals are less susceptible to chemical signals from their symbiotic zooxanthellae when confronted with stress related to high water temperature.  This development, while intended for concerns related to natural reefs, might actually prove useful as hobbyists become more aware of the symbiotic nature of this protozoa and closely watch possible indicators such as coloration and polyp extension.

    Really like the article and it brings up some interesting points. I’m not sure what the dose is for caspase inhibitors but they are pretty expensive online… groupbuy maybe? lol
