Fluval had a large area at the Global Pet Expo, and they were showing off their full line of new salts and supplements.  According to one of the chemists who perfected the blend, this salt is optimized to mix cleanly and quickly to crystal clear water with a pH of 8.2.  The salt is available in small bags and a large bucket for those with higher water change demands.
