i have an apex jr that i recently installed and updated. the problem is the eb4 that is connected to it does not show up on my status screen. i tried updating the module in the settings and tried uninstalling it but it stays. All it says is that the eb4 module power failed and thats it. i tried to unplug the aquabus cable and reconnect it but it wont work. i already looked under configure output and none of them say eb4 either.

Go to Configure > Module setup
Is there anything on the bottom that says EB4 module?

You don't configure EB4 from that page. That was just to verify the apex is seeing it. Look to the right of it and there should be an "Addr". If you want to configure the plugs, go to Configuration > Outlet Setup. The EB4 Outlets should be the ones with a name something like Lights - (2_1), where the number 2 matches the "Addr", and since you have 4 outlets, it'll go up to (2_4). You can rename it to whatever device you're using.

If you want to manually control each outlet just by turning them on/off, go to Status > All Status, and look for the outlet
