tiny red 'thing' on tiny feather duster

I have a beautiful flowerpot Goniopora coral head that has a tiny feather duster on it. On the feather duster is this tiny thing, looks like a hydra or ? It's attached to one of the fronds of the feather duster.

I don't think so. I'm beginning to think its an invasive hydra.....
