Reefs.com offers several online marketplaces for vendors of all sizes.
Because Reefs.com has both global and local club members, we also have a similar division for vendors to make it easy to target different geographies. Each club has its own selection of local vendors, however the system is set up so that vendors can create one post that reaches multiple club forums. If there are two clubs in your area you would only need to create one post in order to reach all of the clubs you wish. You can do this by paying for only the forums that you want to advertise on. This is managed through an upgradeable Vendor Class System.
There are currently 3 different Vendor Classes:
Vendors are able to move between different classes at any time. For example, if you run a Local Fish Store (LFS) you would start off as a Local Vendor. Your ads would show only on the local forum to which you select. If at a certain point you decide to offer mail order, you can upgrade to the Hybrid Vendor option. Once in Hybrid option, you can add additional local clubs for a one time fee. Your posts in your vendor forum would be listed on all of the local clubs that you subscribe to as well as the Reefs.com Global Marketplace.
Pricing for vendor forums is as follows:
Your annual fee for the vendor forum will never be more than $400 no matter how many forums you are advertising on.
