i recently mail ordered two bubble tip anemones...one was a healthy brown and green and the other was white witj a red pedestal.
the brown one has secured himself onto a rock out in the open. the white one, while turner greener ever so slowly, accepts food, but stays hidden under an overhang of rock. i would imagine, since its expelled all its good symbiotic algae, it would move to where its the brightest, but this is not the case...
i tried moving the rock so that the anemone would be out more in the open, but it just receeded farther toward the dark.
whats going on with this guy?
water parameters are great. lighting sufficient. he takes and eats food.
kinda puzzled i am
thanks for all your suggestions.
