supposedly a guy at another board drilled his own with a dremel tool. i wouldn't be plugging away at a new 90g though
i just took my own new 90g in to have it drilled today. cheap price but at a gamble. they give no guarantee that the tank will survive.
this was best for me ten bucks a hole at a gamble beat the additional $120 for a reef ready overflow tank.

i hope i get good news tomorrow.

I got a diamond drill from (I believe) Ameri-Drill.
with a drill press, it works great.

I heard of the dremel, but you will need patience.

next question is where are you located?
call some LFS or glass places, mabey they can do it for you.

my lfs charges 20 per hole/no warranty or guarantee

one of my LFS' wanted $50 a hole with no gaurantee 8O nothing like spending a couple hundred to have a couple hundred destroyed.
