Issue with Inkbird temperature controller. Need Help!

Hi all,

Bought an Inkbird but when I plug my heater into it it won’t work. Heater just turns off completely even though it should be running based on my settings.

Ive attached a photo of my settings in the app. Is my unit just broken or have I done something wrong here? nothing is making any sense.

That could mean that the Inkbird probe is reading an aquarium temperature of 78 or above.
